Why doesn’t the app work?

My issue is with the app and website for booking. I can book sessions but always get an error when I try to pay, which means I have to phone the local leisure centre, and they don’t answer the phone. Everyone Active is a bit of a joke, I’d like to be active but they are unable to process payments. In talking to staff it’s a known and regular issue, really David Brougham (Head of IT), just sort out your technology.

I am really dissapointed with costumer…

I am really dissapointed with costumer service of EA.That’s very helpful to phone contact,just using website enquiry,witch I don’t understand .I may not use them again!!!!

Everyone Active don’t seem to care

I have been a member of my gym since 2000. It used to be a friendly environment with staff that listened and cared. Since everyone active took over it feels as if it is all about the money and customer service is appalling. Messages get ignored and you hardly ever get a smile. Instructors ask for basic kit like microphone headsets for classes and they have to wait months. Many decent instructors have left. My primary reason for remaining as a member is so I can use the pool. The pool has been shut so I have asked to freeze my membership. As usual I have had no response.

just so incredibly bad and disorganised

Some activities on app and website don't actually exist
PDF timetables out of date
No new PDF timetables available, have to look through crappy app. Resorted to taking photo of PDF timetable displayed in leisure centre
Multiple emails unanswered after 14 days
Leisure centre phone unanswered most of the time
Staff in leisure centre don't have a clue and are utterly demoralised
Southwark gym and swim cardholders forced to pay for free sessions
Website is shockingly bad
App is appaling
Each child needs seperate login which you can't do on app
Total waste of time really

This the worst app I have ever used

This the worst app I have ever used, it’s useless as the people that made it. It’s a time waster and you never get anywhere. Nothing ever comes out of Southwark easy, the make so hard even if your paying for it. The worst part of it is that there is no one to turn to. Incompetence in Southwark is unbelievable that blame it on the pandemic like it’s corona created the useless app

I used the website to sign my son up to…

I used the website to sign my son up to swimming lessons. Having paid and received confirmation, I rang up to check that it had all gone through and we were all set for the upcoming lesson. They had no record of the booking and the slot was now full. I provided them with payment references which were also sent to head office but they could not locate the payment and assign me a lesson. I decided to cancel the membership and requested a refund, but they did could not give me the money back and recommended I raise it with my bank. Shocking online booking system and customer service!
My older son had been doing swimming lessons but was making slow progress so we also cancelled his lessons and he is doing much better at another swimming pool.

I have spent 6 hours trying to book a…

I have spent 6 hours trying to book a swim, just so very upset. I can't get to do it. I'm in my 70s and all I want is a swim at my local pool. Left me in tears.

An abysmally badly managed business

If I could, I would give zero points. Some of the staff at the "front end" do their best to be helpful - others couldn't care less. The company is shockingly badly run - their IT is completely useless and not fit for purpose. Booking is a nightmare, and more often than not, all slots (for tennis, for example) are solidly booked for days. However, a stroll to the courts shows you that a third of them are empty. One of the problems is that tennis is free for gym members, so there is no incentive to cancel a court if you can't turn up. The company could not care less about customers - staff come higher in the hierarchy - for example, on bank holidays, when customers want long hours, they operate much shorter hours than normal. Ask for lights to be replaced, or nets to be repaired - either nothing happens or it takes weeks to get a result. Westminster should fire them and put the service up for auction.

No customer service or complaints procedure- abysmal

I have frozen my membership and did so at the beginning of lock down.
EA have taken 2 payments despite this and I’ve been told it’s too late to stop a third. They argue an email was sent informing me of this and that I could have used any other of the branches.
I chose to freeze my membership!!!
Despite several emails from me they keep saying the same thing. I’ve gone through the Resolver complaints website and EA are blanking emails and automatically closed my case.
Avoid this company at all costs.
They have no customer service department, no complaints procedure and are in breach of every consumer right going.
1 star is too much in my opinion.

Avoid this place.

The worst place ever, my son's birthday party got cancelled due to Covid ,and although they send me an e-mail saying the refund was processed i never received the money , I contacted the local gym and they said that now the refunds are done only by the head office and i had to send a new refund form Impossible to talk to anyone in the head office, so still waiting for anyone to contact me .
Stay away from this place.

I have canceled my membership 2 months…

I have canceled my membership 2 months ago and have canceled my direct debit card but they still took my money from bank account! Make no sense!
